We’re looking for an Event Leader – Photography & Videography to lead our photo + video crew and make sure every key moment gets captured.

If you’re organised, sharp-eyed, confident with people, and can stay cool when things get hectic — this gig could be for you! 🔥

Lead and coordinate the photography & videography team on-site.
Brief the crew on must-have shots, key moments, guests, and coverage priorities.
Make sure important activities, performances, interactions, and event highlights are captured.
Monitor coverage and spot any missing shots or gaps.
Coordinate the team’s schedules, movements, and priorities throughout the event.
Liaise with the client on specific shot lists and coverage requirements.
Troubleshoot on-site photo/video issues.
Ensure content is captured according to the client brief and expectations.
Support the wider event team with ad-hoc tasks when needed.
Attend and be fully committed to the briefing on 15 October + event day on 27 October.

Experience in event photography/videography coordination or event operations.
Experience managing photographers, videographers, or creative teams.
Good understanding of event coverage and must-have shots.
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Confident communicator who can work with clients, creatives, vendors, and event teams.
Detail-oriented and always thinking, “What are we missing?”
Previous event leadership or coordination experience is a big plus! ⭐
Available and committed to the 15 October briefing and 27 October event day.
Flexible and happy to take on ad-hoc tasks when required.
