JOB DESCRIPTION
- To assist the Customer Service Supervisor in the daily operational tasks
- To promptly handle Customer’s & Overseas enquiries on Air Export Booking / Air Import arrangements
- Liaise with Airlines / Co-loaders for space booking
- Liaise with transporters on cargo collections / deliveries
- To service assigned customers as 1 contact window for both import/export
- To liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
- To ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
- To complete job invoicing and permit declarations for Air Import / Export jobs
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding with air freight and/or with master co-loader knowledge
- Team player with strong operational knowledge
- Possess good customer service & coordination skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant/Positive personality, self motivated with a desire to excel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- DGR trained will be an advantage
