Job Overview:
As a Food Production Packer you are responsible for packing food products accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, label, seal, and arrange food products according to packing specifications
- Check product quality, quantity, packaging condition, expiry dates, and label accuracy.
- Prepare packaging materials and ensure sufficient stock for daily production.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and production areas.
- Report damaged products, incorrect labels, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly to your department head.
- Arrange packed products for storage, delivery, or dispatch.
- Meet daily production and packing targets.
- Perform other production packing-related duties assigned by the department head.
