We are looking for a Demi Chef who is passionate about food, takes pride in maintaining high kitchen standards, and is ready to take on responsibility as a station-in-charge.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of an assigned kitchen station.
- Responsible, organised and a good team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of an assigned kitchen station and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Carry out food preparation and mise en place according to required quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ensure all food produced meets the required quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with food purchasing and inventory requirements when necessary.
- Supervise Demi Chefs and Kitchen Assistants to ensure food preparation is carried out according to SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper hygiene standards at the assigned station at all times.
- Monitor and control food wastage to minimise costs.
- Assist the Chef and kitchen team with other operational duties as required.
