Beautician (Basic + Commssion)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform facial treatments, skin analysis, and basic aesthetic services
- Recommend suitable skincare products based on customer needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and tools
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Upsell packages, memberships, and retail products
- Keep accurate treatment records and customer profiles
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Relevant certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
