About the role

This is a Barista position focused on preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes, managing bar operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes
  • Manage bar mise en place, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Take and serve orders at the bar when needed
  • Assist with stock checks, replenishment, and simple inventory tasks
  • Train junior baristas and support small activations or merch displays

About you

  • Strong interest in coffee and hospitality
  • Cheerful, service-oriented attitude
  • Prior Barista/F&B experience preferred but not required; training provided
