Job Highlights:
- Basic Salary $3000 to $4000, based on experiences
- Uncapped Monthly Commissions (Current Performers are earning $5K to $8K)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients to introduce the company's recruitment solutions.
- Prospect and generate new leads through company databases, online research, LinkedIn and other available channels.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update accurate records of calls, leads, client contacts, follow-up activities and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly call targets, qualified lead targets and appointment-setting KPIs.
Additional Information:
- Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Service
- Able to handle rejection positively and remain persistent in following up with prospects.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and approaching new corporate clients.
