💼 What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcome and assist patients throughout their clinic journey
• Handle registration, appointments, discharge and cashiering
• Attend to patient enquiries and assist with insurance/billing information
• Support doctors and nurses during consultations when required
• Handle phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Provide administrative support to the Clinic Manager
• Ensure clinic areas are ready for daily operations

📝 Who We’re Looking For
• Min. N/O/A Level or Diploma
• Passionate about healthcare & patient service ❤️
• Friendly, service-oriented and comfortable in a frontline role
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Great opportunity to gain healthcare experience!
