The Sale Associate/Senior Sales Associate is to create a pleasant retail experience by providing fantastic customer service through in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge. The candidate will be a brand ambassador to showcase Yishion’s latest fashion pieces and recommend choices that best fit the personal styles of our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge
- Understand customer needs and personal style to recommend options for every occasion
- Proactively manage end to end operations, administrative and housekeeping duties
- Collaborate as a team to achieve monthly store targets
- Motivate sales through up-selling and cross selling
- Perform daily sales activities, reporting, stock control and replenishment
- In charge of cash and card payment using POS system
- Introduce customer to current promotions and incentives: VIP memberships
- Support visual merchandize team in stock display
- Engage customer on feedback to enhance their next store visit
- Perform day to day operations
- Provide good customer service
- Greet all valued customers readily
- Basic housekeeping - keeping the shop neat and tidy
- Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge
Requirements:
- Energetic, proactive and a team player
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Results driven – understand customers and make the necessary recommendations
- Love for people and fashion
- Excellent communicator: conversant in English or Mandarin and preferably bilingual
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with pleasant personality
- Willingness to work on roster based on retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
- Experience in fast fashion is a bonus
