✈️ LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (AIR FREIGHT IMPORT) ✈️ | UP to $2800 | EAST
💰 Salary: Up to $2,800 / month (commensurate with experience)
🗓️ Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9:00am – 5:30pm) + Alt Sat (9:00am – 1:00pm)
📍 Location: East Singapore (Changi Alps area)
🚌 Transport: FREE Company Shuttle Bus provided from Tampines & Tanah Merah MRT!
📋 Job Duties:
▪️ Utilize CargoWise One system to generate invoices, reports, and cargo delivery arrangements 💻
▪️ Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely cargo execution 🤝
▪️ Monitor and update daily operational and shipment status reports 📊
▪️ Manage strong verbal and written communications with clients, ensuring proper acknowledgments 💬
▪️ Exercise Key Account Management skills with strong follow-up and work organization 📝
🎯 Requirements:
▪️ Open to Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent 📜
▪️ Hands-on experience with CargoWise One system is a strong advantage 🖥️
▪️ Excellent communication and customer service skills 📞
▪️ Highly organized, meticulous, and strong follow-up abilities 🔍
