🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a big smile and friendly energy
- Help customers find the perfect collectible, answer questions, and give recommendations
- Make sure the store is well-stocked, clean, and toy-shelf-perfect
- Build genuine relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Any other ad-hoc as assigned
