About the role
As a Bartender at Vatos, you’ll serve bold drinks, bring great energy and create the lively, welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.
Vatos combines Korean and Mexican influences, from margaritas and ice-cold beers to cocktails that complement our flavour-packed food. You’ll prepare drinks confidently, keep service moving and make guests feel at home. Supporting the restaurant floor is also part of the role.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks consistently
- Follow Vatos recipes, presentation and service standards
- Welcome guests with warmth, energy and personality
- Recommend drinks and answer menu questions
- Manage multiple orders with speed and accuracy
- Set up, stock and maintain a clean, organised bar
- Support floor service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and attending to guests
- Move between bar and floor duties as required
- Follow alcohol service, hygiene and safety standards
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Assist with opening, closing and general duties
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams
About you
- Previous bartending or relevant F&B experience is preferred
- Comfortable preparing classic cocktails and serving spirits, wines and beers
- Naturally hospitable and motivated to make guests feel welcome
- Friendly, outgoing and confident with guests
- Willing to work behind the bar and on the floor
- Fast, organised and calm in a busy environment
- Dependable, flexible and a strong team player
- Available for evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Eligible to work in Singapore
