Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily food preparation and basic kitchen duties.
- Assist cooks and chefs with preparation, cooking and plating of food.
- Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting and portioning.
- Assist with setting up food stations and serving during meal periods.
- Replenish food and maintain cleanliness of the serving area.
- Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist with receiving, storing and organising food supplies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef / Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in catering, F&B, or institutional kitchen environment is an advantage.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
