Looking to take the next step in your retail career? We're hiring Retail Team Leaders to lead and inspire a passionate team in a fast-growing beauty retail environment!
💰 Salary
Up to $3k/month
📍 Location
- BUGIS OR FUNAN
⏰ Working Hours
- 5-day work week
- Rotating shifts
- 8 hours/day (excluding meal break)
- Weekends & Public Holidays required
🌟 Job Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Lead, coach and motivate the retail team
- Drive sales targets and achieve store KPIs
- Handle store opening and closing duties
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory
- Perform store administration and reporting
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2–3 years of retail sales/Beauty Advisor experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Passion for beauty and customer service
- Able to commit to rotating shifts
