🚨 NOW HIRING: SENIOR CHECKER | UP TO $3,940/MONTH 🚨
💰 Salary: up to $3,940/month
📍 Location: Greenwich Drive
🕐 Working Hours: Mon - Fri
📅 Full-Time
🕐 FIXED SHIFT AVAILABLE
- 1x Fixed Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
- 1x Fixed Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 6:15 AM
📦 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with CSRs and transporters on daily warehouse operations and order planning
- Handle inbound and outbound shipment enquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and shipments are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Verify shipment documents and maintain proper records
- Support cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Coordinate shipment arrangements, cargo release and shipment closure
- Prepare and consolidate operational reports and data
- Identify and report receiving discrepancies and exceptions
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Perform other warehouse operational duties as assigned
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma
- At least 1 year of relevant warehouse operations or customer service experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with RF / Ring Scanners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in inventory tracking, shipment documentation and reporting is an advantage
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Detail-oriented, responsible and adaptable
