Key responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence and genuine attentiveness
- Offer personalized consultations and thoughtfully recommend products suited to each client's needs and lifestyle
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, formulations, ingredients, benefits and application techniques
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and thoughtful follow-up
- Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining the highest standards of client experience
- Ensure every transaction, exchange and purchase is handled with accuracy, discretion and professionalism
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
About you
- A genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics and the world of beauty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong appreciation for personalized service and attention to detail
- Good knowledge or keen interest in skincare ingredients, skin types and beauty application techniques
- A natural flair for building relationships and achieving sales objectives
- The ability to work independently while being a thoughtful and supportive team member
- Previous experience in prestige beauty, skincare, cosmetics or luxury retail is preferred
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
