We are hiring Junior and Senior Florists. For the Senior Florist / Floral Designer position, creativity is essential. Candidates who do not demonstrate strong creativity may be considered for an interview at the Junior level.
Responsibilities:
- Create new floral pieces for bouquets, table arrangements and floral stands
- In charge of creating new arrangements for festive hampers
- Develop concepts and designs for weddings and events
- Ensure that all creative tasks are carried out and meet deadlines
- Quality check of all orders, flower arrangements and hampers
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in creating floral pieces preferred
- Able to follow market trend
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Should have a flair for flowers and crafts
