What You’ll Do
- Provide professional advice on spectacles, frames, and optical products
- Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience
- Support store operations and ensure proper inventory management
- Represent the brand as a Brand Ambassador
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to store sales performance
- Handle cashiering and in-store payment transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and follow company SOPs
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience is a plus, but no experience is required — training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Sales-driven with strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
