Position: Tele-Surveyor
About the Role
Seeking Ad-hoc Tele-Surveyors to support an upcoming survey project.
The role involves conducting telephone surveys with respondents while maintaining a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone surveys with respondents
- Clearly explain survey questions and encourage participation
- Record survey responses accurately
- Communicate professionally and courteously with respondents
- Handle rejection or challenging respondents calmly and professionally
- Perform basic data entry and administrative duties where required
- Support other project-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear and pleasant telephone manner
- Comfortable speaking with different types of respondents
- Patient, positive and able to handle rejection professionally
- Basic digital literacy required to access digital call list and data entry
- Able to commit to the full engagement period
- Prior tele-survey, telemarketing, customer service or call centre experience would be advantageous
