Management Trainee (FOH and BOH)
Job Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest level of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, while upholding company standards of hospitality.
* Administer timely inventories requisition and receiving procedures.
* Monitor and foster service quality and customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance:
* Conduct scheduled food audits accurately.
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
* Adhere to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines.
Manpower Management:
* Forecast resource and manpower needs.
* Plan weekly schedules based on business requirements.
* Manage staff grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
