Job Summary :
- 💰 Basic Salary: $2200-$2600/month
- 💸 Uncapped Personal + Shop + Other Comms
- 💵 Fixed Allowance: $250/month
- 🚌Transport Allowance: $350/month
- 📅 Working Days: Minimum 5 days per week, 44 working hours
- 🕒 Working Hours: Rotating shifts based on outlet operating hours
- 🌞 Morning / Afternoon / Full shifts (between 10am to 10pm)
- 📍 Location: Islandwide
- 🤩1.5x OT Pay after weekly 44 hours
- 💰 Performance Bonus
- 👗 Uniform provided
- 📚 Training provided
- 💵 Public Holiday pay applicable
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- 💄 Understand customers' beauty and skincare needs and recommend suitable products.
- ✨ Introduce product features and benefits to customers.
- 🎯 Achieve individual sales targets through product recommendations and sales.
- 🛍️ Support daily retail outlet operations and maintain service standards.
- 🧴 Ensure products and displays are well maintained and presentable.
