- Oversee daily retail operations, including stock, pricing, and product displays.
- Lead and coach retail assistants to meet store standards and sales goals.
- Monitor sales trends and suggest strategies to improve performance.
- Deliver great customer service, handling escalated issues when needed.
- Assist in rostering, cashiering, and stock-taking activities.
