We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fragrance Advisors to join our travel retail team at Changi Airport.
🖤 Full-Time Fragrance Advisor
• Gross Salary: Up to $2,600/month + Commission/Incentives
• Working Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm / 1:00pm – 10:00pm | 5 days per week (Includes weekends & public holidays)
✨Your Role
• Recommend suitable fragrances based on customers preferences and needs
• Introduce and share fragrance knowledge to create an engaging customer experience
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Support sales activities and achieve individual/team targets
• Maintain a neat and presentable counter
• Perform basic housekeeping and product replenishment
🌟Requirements
• Fragrance or retail experience is preferred
• Strong interest in fragrances, beauty and retail
• Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
