We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Administration Executive / Project Coordinator to join our engineering and operations team.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in project coordination, site supervision, or engineering project administration.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily project administration and execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and work progress.
- Manage project documentation, including Project Files, Scope of Supply, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Equipment Hiring and Subcontractor Documents.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Personnel, Subcontractors, Suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Assist the Operations Manager with project progress reports, assessments and statistics.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up on project-related matters.
- Prepare professional reports, documentation and email correspondence.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration or Site Supervision.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- Able to understand and review engineering/project documents.
- Possess a valid Singapore Driving Licence.
- Possession of relevant workplace safety certifications will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication and multitasking skills.
- Good written English and report-writing skills.
