Job Summary:

Basic Salary: $2000 - $3000
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Penjuru
Performance bonus + Company transport provided (JB, JE, CCK, Bishan, Serangoon)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle product sourcing requests from the Sales team.
Contact suppliers for pricing, availability, specifications, MOQ and lead times.
Request and compare supplier quotations and recommend suitable options.
Source alternative products and suppliers when required.
Coordinate samples, product images and specifications.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely quotations and information.
Maintain accurate supplier, quotation and product records.
Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database.
Support Sales in preparing competitive customer quotations.
Provide general sourcing and administrative support.

Requirements:

1–3 years of sourcing, procurement or purchasing experience.
Experience sourcing engineering/technical products.
Knowledge of electrical, lighting, sound or marine electrical products preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
