12Hour Customer Service Officer/ WEST / Basic up to $3000 / Aircon environment
Working Days: 12hours shift (3443)
Salary: Basic up to $3000 + Night Shift Allowance
Location: Sunview / Woodlands
Job Scope
- Handle customer enquiries and provide order updates.
- Process orders and prepare shipping documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for deliveries.
- Update shipment and customer information in the system.
- Resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Min Nitec/Diploma in supply chain or related field
- Prior experience in customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
