🚨 URGENT | Handyman | Toilet or Multi Skilled Cleaner needed at Jurong West | 💰 Up to $3000/Month
Location: Jurong West | Salary up to $3000
1. Toilet Cleaner & Multi Skilled Cleaner
Working Hours: 7.30am to 5pm (Mon-Fri). 7.30am to 11am (Sat), 5.5 days
2. Handy Man
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri). 9am to 1pm (Sat), 5.5 days
Salary up to $3000
Job Description
Cleaners
- Perform general cleaning of your assigned areas
- Adhere to safety regulations as stipulated by the Company
- Perform duties as assigned by supervisor
Handyman
- Work within organization health/safety policies and procedures to carry out his duties
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work of subordinate employees (where necessary)
- Plan, organize, direct and control work activity of the management areas as prescribed by professional standards
- Recommend and revise work procedures to meet service needs. Conduct inspections to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained.
- Maintain complete inventory of tools/equipment
- Develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum longevity of facilities
- Determine replacement, repair and maintenance needs and report accordingly to immediate supervisor and officers
- Responsible for changing of light bulbs, clearing of chokages, carrying out minor patch up of cement works and clearing graffiti
- Carry out any other tasks e.g. painting, plumbing works to suit contractual needs
- Maintain records, prepare reports and compose/maintain correspondent relative to the work
- Submit incident report as required
- Submit administrative reports as requested by Site Manager
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Site Manager / Senior Management
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant handyman or maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and general repair works.
- Able to use basic tools and equipment.
- Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on work.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
