Customer Service Officer (Shipping) | West📍| Up to $2600💰 #KEN
📍 Location: Clementi / Tuas (Transport Provided)
💰 Basic Salary: S$2,400 – S$2,600 + OT
💵 Gross Salary: Up to S$3,000/month
📅 Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sat 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📄 Contract: 1 Year – Renewable
📈 Yearly Increment: Performance-based
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with customers, freight forwarders and warehouse teams on shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and handle daily delivery and shipment documentation.
- Assist customers with stock enquiries and provide updates on shipment and delivery schedules.
- Liaise closely with the warehouse team to coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on any delays or outstanding matters.
- Prepare monthly KPI and operational reports.
- Ensure accurate records and proper documentation for daily logistics activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
✅ Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, shipping or administration will be an advantage.
- Comfortable liaising with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
