Working location: 37 CHIN BEE CRESCENT S (619903)
Working hours: 5am-5pm (6 days work week, OT until 6pm/ 7pm when required)
Salary: Gross salary UP TO $2900 per month (After 72hrs OT & Allowances)
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation and baking of breads
- Washing and cleaning of utensils, metal baking trays, ovens & etc.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen/ workstation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Able to withstand working in a hot and humid kitchen
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Proactive and great team player, able to work together as a team.
- Fit and energetic (Able to squat and lift loads of up to 25 kg)
- Min. 1 years of experience in Bread baking.
- Overtime required
- Able to work 6 days/ week
- Good Memory to memorize SOPs
- Non-smoker
- Able to operate 3-level industrial sized commercial ovens
- Able to remain standing throughout working shift
- Need to have own transport or stay nearby to be able to arrive by 4:30AM
