📍 Location: TAKASHIMAYA , VIVOCITY, NOVENA
MT Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations of the bakery shop
- Supervise and motivate the retail team to deliver top-notch customer service
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product display
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support training and onboarding of new staff
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality (bakery experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction and high-quality products
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and store reporting
