BUTLER - GUEST EXPERIENCE LEAD
Job Responsibilities
* Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Handle guest enquiries, reservations and room assignments.
* Manage cashiering duties and maintain accurate transaction records.
* Provide information about local attractions, restaurants and transportation.
* Arrange transportation, tours, dining reservations and other guest requests.
* Assist with luggage and coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
* Welcome guests and introduce them to their suites and hotel facilities.
* Attend to VIPs and special requests with close attention to detail.
* Assist with packing, unpacking, laundry and in-room dining requests.
* Record guest preferences and special requirements accurately.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Protect the privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
* Perform other duties assigned by management.
