Jobscope:
- Assist and guide customers to use self-service machines and online banking platforms
- Understand customers’ needs and provide basic assistance
- Observe and record customer behaviour using a simple checklist
Working Hours:
🗓️ Mon – Fri: 11.00am – 6.30pm (1 hr lunch)
🗓️ Sat: 11.00am – 2.00pm
📍 Locations: Can choose your preferred area!
