Cook / Commis Chef / Chef de Partie

Join our team at Casa Latteria & Thirty9, two established independent Italian restaurants in Duxton Hill.

We are looking for motivated kitchen team members who enjoy working with quality ingredients and want to grow their skills in a professional Italian kitchen.

What we’re looking for Cook, Commis Chef or Chef de Partie

(Singaporeans, PR or LTVP holders only; Salary is based on position and experience) 

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual and a good team player
  •  Passion for Italian food and quality cooking
  •  Experience with pasta, pizza or Italian cuisine is an advantage Working schedule
  •  5.5-day work week
  •  Split + Afternoon shifts
  •  Kitchen closes at 10pm
  • Staff meals provided, medical expenses, meal allowances
