The Role:
- Assist in developing and implementing SOPs and new products launches
- Ensure staffs are in compliance with Food Hygiene, Liquor regulations and Work Safety guidelines
- Conduct site visits to audit food preparation procedures and perform quality checks
- Support theatre F&B operation and execute marketing promotions
· Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions
- Coordinate logistic requirement and execution of corporate events and bookings
- Perform any other duties assigned
