RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to manage shift operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by attending to patrons’ enquiries, requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform rotational duties including:
- Box Office ticketing and cashiering
- F&B preparation and sales
- Ushering duties
- Inventory checks and stock replenishment
- General housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness of the cinema
- Supervise, coach and support the training of new staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain effective communication and teamwork.
- Assist and support the Cinema Manager in the day-to-day operations.
- Assist in cinema events, promotional activities, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player.
- Have a passion for service with a positive attitude.
- Well-presented, polite and tactful.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
- Full-time position – 5-day work week.
- Prior experience in customer service in retail, F&B or cinema operations will be an advantage.
