Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and within required timelines.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve order, inventory, and shipment-related enquiries.
- Prepare and submit operational reports according to customer schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Track and update Customer Service Department (CSD) KPI metrics, including order management and turnaround times.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to perform stock reconciliation and maintain accurate documentation.
