About the Role
We are looking for reliable and fit riders to deliver food and groceries within a compact, high-order-density area in Singapore. This role suits riders who prefer working within a small, familiar zone rather than travelling long distances across the island, allowing for more deliveries per hour and less commute time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver food and grocery orders promptly and safely within the assigned cluster zone
- Use the delivery partner app to accept, track, and complete orders
- Ensure food and grocery items are handled with care and delivered in good condition
- Communicate professionally and courteously with merchants and customers
- Comply with traffic rules, LTA regulations, and safe riding practices at all times
- Report any delivery issues, accidents, or vehicle faults promptly to the operations team
Requirements
- Owns a UL2272-certified PMD, e-bike, or bicycle in good working condition
- Valid registration/UIN for PMD or e-bike where applicable (as required under LTA rules)
- Physically fit and comfortable riding in various weather conditions
- Smartphone with mobile data for using the delivery app
- Familiar with the assigned cluster area (or willing to learn the routes quickly)
- No prior experience needed — training and onboarding provided
