Customer Experience Ambassador – Bank Branch
Location: Various bank branches islandwide
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, depending on branch
Employment Type: Till 31 Dec 2026 (Extendable)
Education: Minimum GCE O-Level
Salary: $2100-$2400/mth
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers as they enter the branch
- Identify customers’ needs and understand the purpose of their visit
- Guide customers towards self-service machines and digital banking platforms, such as Internet Banking and mobile banking applications
- Encourage customers to use digital and self-service channels where appropriate
- Provide a positive and helpful customer experience throughout the interaction
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work independently at a busy branch environment
- Prior customer service, retail or banking experience is an advantage but not required
