What You’ll Do:

• Food Preparation & Quality Control: Participate in food preparation while learning to ensure that every menu item meets DABBA’s standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Team Leadership: Assist in guiding and motivating outlet team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and fostering a supportive environment.
• Operational Excellence: Help implement best practices for outlet performance, cleanliness, and inventory management.
• Problem-Solving: Develop your skills in addressing operational challenges, such as equipment malfunctions, or supply shortages.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience (Preferred, but not Required): Previous kitchen or cooking experience in a fast-food or casual dining setting is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Passion for Cooking: A love for food and a desire to deliver delicious meals to customers consistently.
• Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy shifts.
