The HR Ecology is a dynamic independent recruitment business that specializes in the provision of Permanent / Temporary and Contract staffs recruiting within a variety of market / industry sectors.

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities
  • Involved in Temp / Contract / Perm hirings across various sectors
  • Posting of job advertisements on platforms
  • Business Development & Account Management
  • Conduct interviews with candidates via virtual/face-to-face
  • Follow up with stakeholders for feedbacks & outcomes
  • Leadership opportunities to mentor team members as a Senior Consultant

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any specialisation
  • Sales driven and keen to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
