Procurement Executive (Electrical/West/Up to $3000) - FF1
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2000 - $3000
- Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am-6pm
- Working Location: Penjuru
- Performance bonus + Company transport provided (JB, JE, CCK, Bishan, Serangoon)
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact suppliers for pricing, availability, specifications, MOQ and lead times.
- Handle product sourcing requests from the Sales team.
- Request and compare supplier quotations to identify suitable options.
- Source alternative products or suppliers when required.
- Coordinate samples, product images and specifications for Sales/customers.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely quotations and information.
- Maintain accurate supplier, quotation and product records.
- Provide sourcing recommendations to help Sales prepare competitive quotations.
- Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database.
- Ensure sourcing activities meet company and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sourcing, procurement or purchasing experience preferred.
- Experience sourcing engineering or technical products.
- Exposure to electrical, lighting or sound systems is an advantage.
