💼 YOUR ROLE
🔹 Welcome and assist customers when they enter the branch
🔹 Guide customers to use self-service machines, internet banking and mobile apps
🔹 Understand customers’ needs and recommend the appropriate digital banking channels
🔹 Observe and record customer behaviour using a simple checklist
🔹 Provide friendly assistance and ensure customers have a smooth branch experience 😊
