Key Responsibilities
- Assess and review existing housing loan accounts for conversion eligibility
- Prepare and submit loan conversion cases for credit approval
- Draft and verify customer loan conversion offer letters
- Monitor and follow up on approved conversions, including handling any rework of offer letters
- Conduct interviews with customers regarding loan redemption
- Support management and department initiatives through ad-hoc tasks and assignments
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably within consumer banking
- Solid understanding of retail banking products, particularly in mortgage financing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively across various stakeholders
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools, with an aptitude for data handling and analysis
- Demonstrates teamwork, service excellence, and the ability to work with speed and precision
- Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful in resolving issues and meeting deadlines
