Job Summary
Support sales growth by delivering tailored presentations, managing customer relationships, generating leads through telemarketing, and assisting marketing and event activities to drive business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to prospective customers
- Support sales activities before and after deal closure to ensure smooth transaction processes and customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to advance sales opportunities
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate products and solutions that meet their needs
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert leads into actionable sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and provide timely after-sales support
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to increase revenue
- Manage and support marketing and event activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
- Design creative sales and marketing materials to support promotional efforts and sales campaigns
