Part-Time Training Facilitator – Flexible Shifts (Up to $15.41/hr)
Job Description
About the Role We are looking for an engaging Part-Time Training Facilitator to plan, organize, and conduct interactive training programs, workshops, and learning events. If you excel at adult learning principles, moderating dynamic discussions, and bringing curricula to life, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training programs, workshops, and learning events while facilitating group discussions and respecting diverse opinions.
- Guide study material discussions, draw out varied insights, and keep attendees actively engaged.
- Track engagement and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Administer assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide constructive feedback to participants and management.
- Stay updated on current training and development trends to contribute to continuous program improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or accredited qualification in a relevant field (completion of a recognized facilitators program is a plus).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant facilitating experience.
- Strong ability to build memorable curricula and lead student-led discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Respectful, adaptable, and professional demeanor.
Working Hours & Location
- Working Days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Available Shifts:
- AM Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Midnight (MN) Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay & Benefits
- AM/PM Rates: $12.41 per hour
- MN Rate: $15.41 per hour
- Commitment: 3-month contract
