The best selected ingredients are directly shipped from the biggest fish market in Japan, "Toyosu Market", by air freight. With over 200 locations across Japan, our strong and well-organised supply chain always guarantees palatable sushi at an affordable price. With strict hygiene practices focusing on freshness, we are confident in providing safe and tasty cuisine. Signatures include assorted sushi set, fish-in-season set, set at your choice, sushi roll, fusion style sushi roll, Inari sushi and so on.
Position: Kitchen/Staff Crew
📍 Location: Plaza Singapura
🕐 Working Hours: 8-hour rotating shifts between 8:30 AM – 10:15 PM
📆 Rest Days: 6 days off per month
💰 Salary: $2,290.00 – $2,860.00 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily food preparation (e.g., washing, chopping, and ingredient prep);
- Prepare and serve authentic Japanese sushi;
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including dishwashing and sanitization;
- Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients;
- Follow strict food hygiene and safety guidelines;
Requirements
- Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Guest-focused and committed to quality service
- Reliable, responsible, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good attendance and punctuality are essential
