Location: Jurong East
Duration: 12th October to end May 2027
Working Hours: (Can choose day shift or night shift)
Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (Day shift)
Mon - Fri, 6pm - 9am (Night shift)
Salary: $2600 ($100 - $200 extra allowance for night shift)
Job Responsibilities:
- Check system readiness, test functions, data entry and verify customer data before migration.
- Perform the migration according to the approved schedule and procedures.
- Track the migration to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Make outbound calls when necessary.
- Troubleshoot, escalate, and work with the customer and team to fix any problems.
- Record all actions, issues, and outcomes throughout the migration process.
