Customer Service Executive
- Resume Booster with Strong Company Awareness

Location: West & North
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs - 8:15am to 5:45pm | Fri - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $2,760/ Month (Basic)
Duration: Imm - 31 Dec 2026 (Subject to renewal)
Job scope:
- Provide in-person support to customers, addressing their queries, issues, and transactions.
- Responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.
Requirements:
- Good written communication skills.
- Attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and ability to assess customer concerns and provide practical, effective solutions in a written format.
- Strong service orientation and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Must be fully available within the contract duration.
