Maintenance Assistant Engineer/ Technician (Entry Level/ with Sign On Bonus)
Our esteemed client, an established and globally recognised MNC, is searching for Multiple Maintenance Assistant Engineer/ Technician:
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled preventive and periodical maintenance for process and production machinery.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, breakdown recovery and corrective maintenance to restore machine functionality and minimise production downtime.
- Troubleshoot machine and quality-related issues and support the implementation of effective solutions.
- Analyse recurring and chronic equipment problems, identify root causes and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Propose and implement machine reliability, quality prevention and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering teams, equipment manufacturers, vendors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with applicable safety requirements, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and ISO procedures.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in machine maintenance, equipment maintenance, manufacturing or production environments are preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and/or pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of CAD and SolidWorks is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including morning and night shifts.
- Willing to respond to urgent call-backs or breakdowns when required.
- Training is provided.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 + Bonus
- Working Location: Yishun & Tuas & Woodlands
- Working Hours: Rotating Shift, including morning and night shifts
