Controller/ Co-ordinator (Groceries Delivery) 🚚|| $2.3k to $2.7k Monthly!
📍 Location: PUNGGOL
- 5 day work week (rotating schedule Monday to Sunday)
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily grocery delivery operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Assign and dispatch delivery jobs to drivers based on operational requirements.
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
- Liaise closely with store and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and delivery escalations professionally.
- Conduct site visits or attend to operational matters as required using the company vehicle.
- Track driver attendance, delivery performance, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and operational reports.
- Support route planning and scheduling to improve delivery efficiency.
- Provide delivery support and perform deliveries when operationally required, including covering manpower shortages, peak periods, or urgent deliveries.
- Perform other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
✔ Possess a valid **Class 3 Driving Licence** (Mandatory)
✔ Comfortable driving for operational and delivery duties
✔ Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, NITEC, or equivalent
✔ Prior experience in logistics, delivery coordination, dispatch, or operations is preferred
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
✔ Hands-on and willing to support deliveries when required
✔ Proficient in basic computer applications
